Specific purpose: Personalized Travel
Planner
Visit France Off The Beaten Track, Inc. is not a travel agency, but
a Personalized Travel Planner.
HOW TO PLAN YOUR TRIP
Upon your first contact we will establish a dialogue to explore your
wants and needs and I will quiz you on your specific interests and
anything else that will make your trip individually yours. I will
then begin to handcraft your customized itinerary.
After the initial dialogue, I will research and develop an itinerary based on your specific preferences and my knowledge of the region in France that you have chosen. I will then deliver a “working” itinerary including estimated pricing of your trip and a request for a fifty percent deposit on my fee.
After all questions are answered and after
receiving the fifty percent deposit, I then will begin to finalize all
your travel details. These details will include all items described in
the First Level of Service.
With the final fifty percent payment, you
will receive the fully detailed personal itinerary discussed above.
PAYMENT
I accept two ways in payment:
1) Payment by Paypal.
2) Personal check written to Visit France of the Beaten Track, Inc.
ALTERATION
OF ITINERARY
If you decide to change your itinerary after the working itinerary
is submitted, the first payment will be forfeit. I will then treat
your new request as a completely new project.

I would feel sorry if you decided to cancel your trip, however I realize
that cancellations are generally done so out of necessity.
If you must cancel your trip, please submit your cancellation in written
form. Cancellation refunds will be prorated as of the date your written
cancellation is received.
