My name is Florence Bray and I was born in Pont L’Eveque, Normandy in 1958. After falling in love with and marrying an American, I became a legal resident of the USA in 2002.
My professional
experience in France was in the arts. I participated in the development of projects such as street performance festivals, jazz festivals and
acted as general manager for a contemporary circus company.
With this work
I traveled throughout France and came to realize that, although
my home country is small, it is abound with distinct, sumptuous and
atypical places. |
Before my arrival in Florida, some Americans
friends and family asked me about my favorite places in France and
to give them some ideas for their visit. I responded with my favorite
locations and addresses and organized a vacation for them that I
believed corresponded with their wishes and interests.
Their responses were always positive and it gave me the idea to develop
a business organizing personalized one or two week custom itineraries for
